Overview

There's chaos on the streets of Steel Harbor as Mace Blitzkrieg wreaks havoc, blowing up police precincts. Since Motorhead's no longer around to take down Mace, it looks like it's up to Barb to save the day -- but the assassin Deathcard has other plans for her, as does Hurricane Max, who's blown into town.
